Rapid Response to Incident HIV Infection through Social Network Strategies and Molecular Epidemiology to Inform Partner Services

The purpose of this research study is to evaluate the implementation of an enhanced Social Network Strategy (eSNS) in the Charlotte, NC region to link people to HIV care and prevention services.
